Research Map of Universities of Applied Sciences

Every research priority that characterises the profile of a university of applied sciences [Fachhochschulen] satisfies a set of criteria agreed between the institutions themselves relating to the number of cooperating professorships, to annual publication output and patent applications, and to third-party funding received. As a general rule, up to three research priorities are entered in the database for each institution following an evaluation by the Research Committee of the universities of applied sciences Member Group in the HRK.
